Kermit the Frog once said "it's not easy being green." After coming up with last night dinner, I have to say "it's very easy being green!" Our super healthy meal last night consisted of green vegetable burgers, pea and zucchini yoghurt and smashed avocado. It was of course served with a mixed green leaf salad.
