I’ve been working to the max I barley eat, I only eat one or two meals a day nothing big and drink water or a green smoothie which is filled with green tea etc. I’ve lost 30 pounds in 2 months insane right I went from 120 to 90 pounds with just running and cardio work because I go to an exercise class with my mom on Wednesdays then I have softball then I go home and run and then the day after I jog in the morning and do cardio workouts and then Friday I do abs #howtolose30poundsin1monthtips
